DayOne collects only the employer inquiry fields submitted through the Founding Pilot form. Please do not submit candidate data, protected traits, medical histories, or diagnoses at this stage.
How DayOne uses inquiry information
- To evaluate and respond to Founding Pilot requests.
- To operate and secure the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
DayOne does not make automated employment decisions from the Founding Pilot form.
Sharing and service providers
DayOne does not sell or share inquiry data for cross-context behavioral advertising. DayOne may use hosting and communications service providers to operate the service.
Retention
DayOne retains inquiries only as reasonably necessary and routinely reviews them for deletion after 12 months, unless a legal or contractual need requires longer.
